Moving forward, conscious of COVID

Grayson Coutts Makeup Artistry can operate in all of the levels in New Zealand's traffic light framework.

I am pleased to share details about safety plans and how I intend to offer my clients peace of mind at The Studio. Your health is my priority, and I have all possible bases covered moving forward. Physical distancing is not possible during my services, so stringent measures will be exercised to protect my clients against potential spread of COVID-19.

Vaccination Passport Requirement

Due to the NZ Health Order in October 2021, during the red and orange alert levels I can only offer services to vaccinated persons. You'll need to bring your My Vaccine Record to your appointment, either on your device or printed out. The QR code will be scanned to verify it, so the name on your vaccine passport must match the name under which you've booked in. Without this document your appointment cannot go ahead.

What to expect on your next visit
  • If you or someone else around you is unwell, please take care and stay home. Please do not visit The Studio while unwell, particularly if your symptoms are consistent with COVID-19. Symptoms include fever, shortness of breath, coughing and a mild tickle in your throat or a noticeably sore throat. Please only return once you have obtained medical clearance from a doctor.

  • If you have returned from overseas or have been in contact with anyone else who has returned from overseas in the last 7 days regardless of whether you or they are symptomatic or not, please get in touch to reschedule your appointment.

  • As waiting room is extremely limited and to reduce the risk of transmission, I kindly request until further notice that only the person or people receiving services enter the studio during this time, and that you please arrive only at your appointment time.

  • I will be wearing a face mask during your appointment

  • Hand sanitiser, tissues, and waste disposal are available for your use anytime during your visit.

  • I have always had a high standard of sanitisation, using disposable tools where appropriate, and hospital grade isopropyl alcohol spray to sanitise my brushes and products. However you may notice other measures have increased: regular disinfection of high touch areas, hard surfaces, handles etc of shared and private areas.

  • Please be aware, for the safety of all clients, including myself and my family, should any individual present at the Studio or during an off site service display symptoms consistent with COVID-19, I reserve the right to refuse service. In this situation, services will cease immediately.

If you aren’t able to join me at the Studio right now, you may wish to purchase a voucher online for use at a later date or for a loved one, by visiting my online store. You may also wish to book in for a Virtual Makeup Masterclass with me via zoom or FaceTime video calling.
